a. When you apply you will be required to pay a one-time fee of $39.99 which covers the cost of a background check and a credit report.

b. If you would like for us to hold the suite and not show it to other potential prospects then you should include the required $250.00 deposit in order to reserve your spot.

• If your application is denied then we will refund the $250.00 deposit, if your application is approved, but you decide not to move forward with the process, then your deposit will be forfeited to cover the cost of not showing the suite to other potential prospects.
• The $250 deposit will be returned when your lease is up, and 30 days after you move out, if no repairs are needed.
